I am pursuing my master’s degree in social work from Wayne State with the goal of providing a welcoming, relaxed, and holistic approach to counseling for all who seek it.

I received my bachelor’s in psychology from Grand Valley State University and have 10 years of experience in customer service – I come to this practice with non-judgment, positive energy, and a commitment to serving those who come to me for help, guidance, or a listening ear. While therapy can be a great resource for individuals who are actively dealing with pressing issues, I believe that it can also serve as mental and emotional maintenance, just as exercise is for our physical bodies. Allowing yourself the time and space to feel and acknowledge past, current, and future stressors will ultimately lead to a better relationship with yourself and others.
