I have made it my job to normalize therapy in different communities. From the LGBTQ community to the Pentecostal church community. I believe that the purpose of therapy is to help you discover the answers that you need to your past struggles, present difficulties, and future questions, that are already inside you. I am not the traditional therapist, and plan to use every tool in OUR arsenal to help you process. Like Captain Planet, I want to combine our “powers” to help you process and work through individual, family and whatever other issues that may come up. Listening to you will be my goal, but I do not mind pulling an “Iyanla” (google her) on you and get you to do your own work.
