Covered by Medicaid and most insurances

Couples counseling that actually fits your life.

Your relationship is worth fighting for. We make it easy to start. No long waits, no insane prices, no judgment.

- How it works

Getting started is simpler than you think

No referral needed. No awkward intake process. Here’s what happens when you reach out.

- Step 01

Call or book online

Takes about 2 minutes. We verify your insurance and find a time that works for both of you, including evenings and weekends.

- Step 02

Your first session

No pressure. Your therapist gets to know you both, understands what’s going on, and starts building a plan that makes sense for your relationship.

- Step 03

Start seeing change

Weekly sessions where you actually learn new ways to communicate, fight fair, and reconnect. Most couples feel a shift within the first few weeks.

- Real Talk

Therapy works better when you don't wait

Our therapists are highly skilled, but they aren’t magicians. The earlier you start, the more they have to work with.

Stuck in the same argument?

If you keep having the same fight with different words, that's a pattern, and patterns respond really well to therapy.

Roommates, not partners?

When the emotional connection fades, it's usually not about love disappearing. It's about stress taking over. That's fixable.

Walking on eggshells?

When every conversation feels like a minefield, it's a sign you've lost the safety to be honest with each other. We rebuild that.

Just want it to be better?

You don't need to be in crisis to start. Couples who come in early get the best results. Period.

- FAQ

Common questions

01 - Does my Medicaid really cover couples counseling?

Yes, Medicaid covers couples and family counseling in Michigan. We handle all the insurance verification before your first session so there are no surprises. Most of our clients pay $0 out of pocket.

02 - Do both of us need to have insurance?

No, only one partner needs to be the identified client. We’ll walk you through how it works when you call. It’s simpler than it sounds.

03 - How soon can I get an appointment?

Most new couples are seen within a week. We have evening and weekend availability because we know 9-to-5 doesn’t work for everyone.

04 - What if my partner doesn't want to come?

That’s more common than you’d think. You can start with individual sessions and we can work toward bringing your partner in when they’re ready. Sometimes one person starting is all it takes.

05 - Is this in-person or virtual?

Both. We offer in-person sessions at our Detroit and Dearborn locations and telehealth for couples who prefer to meet from home. Same quality either way.

Your relationship is worth the call

Two minutes on the phone. That’s all it takes to get started. We’ll handle the insurance, find you a time, and match you with a therapist who gets it.
