About Me

As a Christian therapist, I integrate faith-based principles with evidence-based therapeutic techniques to support holistic healing and growth. Using a combination of cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, and faith-based counseling, we will tackle the symptoms of depression and anxiety, aiming for long-term relief and mental well-being.

I understand that exploring the deep roots of trauma is essential in the healing process. My approach involves uncovering the origins of intergenerational trauma and how it impacts your present life. Together, we will explore how past experiences shape your self-esteem, influence your mood, and contribute to your mental health.
