I am a clinical student intern, finishing up my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Southern New Hampshire University. I have a background in early childhood education, union organizing, and mental health crisis intervention.

I view therapy as a collaborative, empowering, healing relationship between client and therapist. Counseling as a profession is rooted in healing work, and I firmly believe that each and every person has the tools they need within themselves to heal. Empathy, respect, non-judgement and autonomy are key to my approach. I’m here to support you on your personal journey in therapy, whatever that may look like.
